Description

Nos 1 and 2 Church Lane comprise two cottages situated on an important site facing the church. They date to 1065. The cottages are constructed of cobbles, with brick dressings around the doors, windows, and quoins. They are two storeys in height and have a hipped tile roof with a brick eaves cornice. The front elevation features four windows, each with a flat arched head and casement windows. The cottages have plain wooden doors. A cobbled garden wall is also included as part of the listing.
