Description

38 Marine Parade is a 19th-century building that is similar in style to No 37 Marine Parade, but it has a roughcast exterior. The building does not have an attic and features a hipped tiled roof. The front has been refaced with roughcast, while the east side is covered with red tiles. It also has a wooden trellis-work porch. Nos 35 to 40 Marine Parade form a group.
