Description

39 and 40 Marine Parade are early 19th-century buildings that stand three stories tall and feature one window each. They are constructed of red brick with alternating grey headers. The hipped tiled roof slopes down on the west side, creating a mansarded angle that includes one dormer. The windows are set in frames, and there is a wooden trellis-work porch. These buildings, along with Nos 35 to 40, form a cohesive group.
