Description
Nos. 47 and 49 Denmark Street are a pair of houses, now used as offices, dating from the early 19th century and altered in the 20th century. The buildings are constructed of brick and feature a tiled gabled roof. They are two storeys high and have a central ridge chimney. A modillion eaves course runs along the top. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with glazing bars, and on the ground floor, there is one similar sash window to the left, along with a small angular bay with a hipped roof to the right, which does not have glazing bars. Each end of the building has a plain entrance door set under a semi-circular brick arch. The houses are included for their group value.
