Description

This is a pair of K6 telephone kiosks located outside numbers 13-15 and number 16, the Head Post Office, on Broad Street in Wokingham. Designed in 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, these kiosks are made of cast iron and feature a square shape with domed roofs. The top panels have unperforated crowns, with one kiosk displaying George VI crowns and the other featuring replacement Elizabeth II crowns. Both kiosks have margin glazing on their windows and doors.
