Farmhouse. C1840. Brick, steeply pitched hipped slate roof. 2 storeys with oversailing brick eaves cornice and 2 tall brick chimneys with offset heads at rear. 3 bay front with centre bay slightly left of centre. Sash windows with glazing bars; first floor window narrower in centre bay, 4 panelled part glazed entrance door with pilasters either side with plain capitals, under flat hood on carved brackets and partly supported by wrought iron hanging brackets and chains. Single storey tiled gabled extension on left.
