The building is constructed of red brick and features a vitreous plinth, a string course at the base of the pedimented gable, an eaves string, and window arches. It has a slate gabled roof and a rectangular plan with the gable facing the road. The north front is pedimented and includes a bull's eye window in the tympanum. There are three bays on the ground floor, with outer arched radiating windows that have glazing bars, flanking a central door set within a pedimented porch.
