Description
This building is a Congregational church that was originally a stable from the 18th century for Finchdean House, converted into a chapel in 1830. The walls are made of brick in Flemish Garden Wall bond, with exposed framing in the gables. It features a half-hipped tile roof and cast-iron 'Tudor' casements, with three coupled windows on the south side. The west end has a circular window, which is slightly later, positioned between lozenge openings and contains diamond bars within a cusped frame. The east end features a pointed window above a plain doorway, which is flanked by narrow windows. There is also an open 20th-century porch.
