Description
The lodge located north of the lych gate to the Royal Mausoleum in Frogmore Grounds was built around 1850-1860. It is constructed from ashlar stone and features an Italianate style with a low-pitched, pantiled roof that has deep eaves. The building has blind lunettes above arched windows, and similar window designs can be found in the canted bays on the roof. It also includes corniced chimneys and a pedimented gable porch, with oculi situated on the first floor above the canted bays.
