Description

The cowshed at Lot Farm, located about 30 metres southeast of the farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and weatherboarding, topped with an old tile hipped roof. The building has a rectangular plan consisting of four bays and is adjacent to stables on the south side, which are listed separately. The front features a central plank stable door with a rooflight above it and another rooflight to the right. Inside, there are queen post roof trusses. This cowshed forms the western side of an enclosed farmyard.
