Description
This is a cowshed built in the early 19th century, located to the northwest of Witherington Farmhouse. It is constructed from Flemish bond brick and features a half-hipped tiled roof. The structure is single storey and has four planked doors along with small shuttered windows on both the east and west sides. The roof has a very shallow pitch and includes air brick vents at the ridge. Inside, there are timber partitions and a tie-beam roof with a king post. The cowshed is attached at the north end to a barn.
