Description

38 Ditton Road is a late 19th-century building constructed of red brick and tile. It stands two storeys high and features two bays with an irregular half-hipped roof that faces the road. The front has a canted bay window on the ground floor and a simple window above it. The other windows on the building have pointed arches. At the rear, there is a blank service extension, and beyond this is an outbuilding that has patterned hinges on its double doors. An ornamental tile plaque is set into the wall above. This building is included partly for its group value with the nearby chapel.
