Description
Orchard House is a late 18th or early 19th century building of two storeys, constructed of red brick with brick dentil eaves. It has a hipped slate roof. The three-bay front facing the road features recessed four-pane sash windows on the outer bays, and a three-pane sash window in the centre. All windows have flat, rubbed brick arches. The central door is of six flush panels, set within panelled reveals, and is framed by a doorcase of reeded columns, a fluted frieze that projects forward over the columns with roundels, and a cornice. A later 19th century and a modern extension are present at the rear.
