Cottage. Mid C17. Timber framed with angle braces and brick nogging. Rendered wall to west and some flint to rear. Half hipped old tile roof with partial catslide over outshot to west and ridge stack off- centre to south. 3 framed bays. 2 storeys. East front: 2 first floor 3-light leaded casements. 2 ground floor 3-light leaded casements flanking central C20 boarded door with C20 hipped timber porch.
