Description

The churchyard wall and archway located to the south and east of the Church of St Mary date from the 17th and 18th centuries. Constructed from flint with brick bands, dressings, and tiled coping, the wall stands approximately 2 meters high and extends about 40 meters on the south side and 20 meters on the east side. There is an arched gateway on the south leading to Manor Farm, featuring chamfered brick dressings. The wide arched gateway to the east also has chamfered brick dressings and stone springers for the arch.
