12/13 Cart/cattle shed at Wawcott Farm, 50 metres West of Farmhouse

Cart/cattle shed. C17/18. Brick rear and side walls, timber framed and hipped thatched roof. Long, low building of 3 main bays with shorter end bays and later 2 bay addition to south, west side open with timber posts braced to roof ties, one main tie has carved date 1756, trusses of simple queen struts to high ties and clasped purlins with lower butt purlins, curved horizontal braces from wall plates to main ties.
