Description

This late 18th-century garden house stands approximately 35 metres to the north-east of Donnington Grove. Constructed of brick, it features a flat roof with a parapet finished with stone coping. The building is single-storeyed and has a projecting plinth. The central opening is flanked by two large sash windows with glazing bars.
