Description
Shackerley House is a late 18th-century brick house located on the north-west side of Shackerley Lane in Donington. The house is constructed of red brick with a brick plinth, a dentilated eaves cornice, two integral end stacks, and a plain tiled roof. It has an L-shaped plan. The two-storey facade features three bays, with a slightly projecting central gable containing an attic. The windows are glazing bar sashes with plastered lintels. A 20th-century central door is set within a plain pilastered doorcase and has a rectangular overlight.
