Description
Rosemead Farmhouse is a late 18th-century house with 20th-century renovations. It’s constructed of brick in an English garden wall bond and has a pantile roof. The house is arranged around a central hallway. It is two storeys high and has two bays. A four-panel door is set within a 20th-century pedimented doorcase. The windows are four-pane sashes, with those on the ground floor placed beneath elliptical arches. The roof features 20th-century gable coping and shaped kneelers. The house has end stacks. The interior was not inspected.
