Description

White Swan House and its surrounding railings date from the late 18th century. The house is constructed of brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with stone coping along the roofline and a pantile roof. It features a central hallway entrance with a 6-fielded-panel door and overlight, set within a fluted architrave decorated with paterae at the angles. The windows are 2-light casements set beneath elliptical arches. A dentilled eaves course runs along the roof. The house has gable coping, shaped kneelers, and end stacks. The interior has not been inspected. Cast-iron railings with decorative heads run along the south side of the property.
