Description

Riverside Cottages is a house that has been divided into two homes, dating from the 17th century. It features a timber frame with brick nogging, which is painted white on the first floor. The north-west gable end is covered with old tiles, and the roof is hipped to the south-east, with a half hipped wing extending to the south-west. The building consists of two framed bays, plus one framed bay wing to the south-west. It has two storeys and a garret. On the north-east front, there are two 4-light leaded casements on the first floor and two 4-light leaded casements on the ground floor, both from the 20th century. The entrances are located at the right-hand end and at the rear.
