Description

The Village House is a house from the mid-18th century, with later additions at the rear. It is constructed of grey brick with red dressings, featuring red gauged window heads and a plinth. The building has a moulded wooden eaves cornice beneath an old tiled roof, which includes end stacks and two gabled dormers with two-light leaded casements. The house is two storeys high and has five bays, with glazing bar sashes that have exposed wooden boxes. The entrance is located on the southeast side.
