Description

Jasmin Cottage is a late 19th-century cottage designed by Alfred Waterhouse. It is constructed of red brick and features toothed verges. The roof is made of old tiles, hipped to the south, with a gable on the west side and a central ridge stack. The building is one storey high and has a large canted bay on the south side. There is a boarded door located under a flat porch with a gable on the west side. This cottage is included in the listing for its group value.
