Description
Church Cottage is a cottage dating from the mid to late 16th century, with additions from the 19th and 20th centuries. It features a timber frame with white painted brick nogging and white painted brick additions on both the left and right sides. The cottage has a half hipped thatched roof and consists of two framed bays, standing at one and a half storeys. Architectural details include arch braces, two central eyebrow eaves dormers with three-light leaded casements, and an off-centre ridge stack to the right. The cottage has leaded casements throughout, with five windows on the front. There are boarded doors located at the far left and between the second and third windows from the left.
