Description

Wateroak is a cottage dating from the late 16th century, with a two-storey addition to the left made in the 20th century. The building features a combination of brick and timber framing with brick nogging and arch braces. It has a thatched roof with a central ridge stack and a dormer window on the left side. The cottage has a lobby entrance type and two framed bays. It is one and a half storeys tall and has a two-window front with 20th-century casement windows and a central door.
