Description

This is a late 17th and 18th century building, originally three cottages, now combined into one. The structure is timber-framed with white-painted brick nogging, with some later white-painted brick refacing and rendered sections. It has a thatched roof, half-hipped on the left-hand side with a catslide extending over a rear outshot. The building has five framed bays and a presentation of one-and-a-half storeys. Five eyebrow dormers are visible, each containing a two-light casement window. There are three chimney stacks: one behind the ridge towards the left, a central stack behind the ridge, and an end stack on the right. The ground floor contains six segmental-headed casement windows: the first from the left has five lights arranged with three segmental arches, the second has one light, the third and fifth have two lights each, and the fourth and sixth have three lights each. A segmental-headed boarded door is positioned between the second and third windows from the left.
