Description
Ufton Court Lodge is a house dating from the early 17th century, with refacing and additions from the early 19th century. It features a rendered timber frame and a thatched roof, which is hipped to the north-east and has a catslide over the outshot to the north-west. The building consists of three framed bays with a gable at the front and is 1½ storeys high. Notable architectural details include decorated barge boards with gable and eaves finials, an eyebrow dormer on the south-east side with a three-light leaded casement, and a central ridge stack. The first floor has a three-light leaded casement with a returned hoodmould, while the ground floor includes a three-light leaded casement with a returned hoodmould and a boarded door to the right, also with a returned hoodmould. Additionally, there are two ground floor three-light casements on the south-east side.
