Description

12 Northbrook Street is a late 18th-century building that has been altered. It stands three storeys tall with a symmetrical five-window front, featuring a pediment above the central three bays. The roof is tiled, and the building is constructed of multi-coloured stock brick. Notable architectural details include a moulded eaves cornice and pediment, as well as gauged flat brick arches above recessed sash windows that have glazing bars. The front has a modern shop front, and the rear of the building has been rebuilt.
