Description

80 Northbrook Street is an early 19th-century building that has been refronted, although it retains elements of an older gabled structure. The building stands three storeys tall with an attic and features a tiled roof that has a hipped treatment over the refronting. The front is finished in stucco and includes a moulded eaves cornice and a string course at the second floor level. The gable is tile-hung, and the windows are architraved sash windows with glazing bars. There is a modern shop front at the ground level.
