Description
Rooksnest Farm Cottage is a 17th-century cottage featuring a timber frame with painted brick and render infill, topped with a half hipped thatched roof. The cottage consists of three structural bays and follows a lobby entry plan. It is one and a half storeys high, with thatch dressed around the dormers in the central and north bays. A chimney is located to the south of the central bay and to the north of the north bay. The east elevation includes one casement window in the south bay, a boarded door opposite the chimney, a wide glazing bar sash in the central bay, and two glazing bar sashes in the north bay.
