Description
Titcomb Manor is a house dating from the early 18th century, with alterations and extensions made in the 19th century. The ground floor is rendered, while the upper floor features tile hanging, and the roof is tiled and half-flipped. The building has a lobby entry plan, with 19th-century extensions added to the south side and at right angles to the rear. It stands two storeys tall and has a brick ridge chimney located off-centre to the north, along with an end chimney to the south.
The front elevation showcases five wide three-light casements with patterned leaded lights. There is a small casement positioned under the chimney and above a gabled porch, which features a moulded decorative barge board and a half-glazed door situated between the first and second windows from the left. To the right, there is a gabled single-storey extension that includes one casement matching those on the main building.
