Description
The walls, piers, and gate flanking the east elevation of West Woodhay House date from the 19th century. They are constructed of brick and feature a wrought iron gate. The walls are approximately 2 meters high and extend from west to east, connecting the east elevation of West Woodhay House to the north and south elevations through a short curve and a straight section on the south side. The east-west sections are about 30 meters long and include four piers, with a wrought iron pedestrian gate positioned between the piers on the southern run. The walls have a plinth and offset caps, with moulded brick and tile copings, while the piers are topped with stone corniced caps.
