Description

The Old Rectory is a late 18th-century rectory, now used as a house, located in West Woodhay. It is rectangular in plan and has been extended to either side in later times. The building is rendered and has a tiled roof. It is two storeys high with an attic, featuring flanking chimneys, a moulded plinth, and a panelled parapet with stone coping. Two three-light casement dormers light the attic. The windows are glazing bar sashes, with the outer windows featuring marginal glazing. A central, 20th-century gabled porch has been added, along with 20th-century extensions to the left and right sides that are not considered to be of particular interest.
