Description

Woodcote is a 17th-century cottage that stands at one and a half storeys. It features a timber frame with colourwashed plaster and brick infill. The roof is thatched and half hipped, with flanking chimneys, one of which has been rebuilt on the southwest side. The cottage consists of two structural bays and has modern casement windows, with first-floor windows that break the eaves. There is also a modern extension to the northeast.
