Description

Middle Farmhouse is a 17th-century house that has been altered since its original construction. It is two storeys and has an attic. The house is built of flint and sarsen stone, with brick quoins and dressings, featuring a wide band of flint and brick diaperwork above the ground-floor windows. It has an old tile roof and a central chimney. A wing extends from the rear at a right angle. Two modern gabled dormers have been added to the roof. The front elevation has a three-light casement window to the left, two 2-light casements to the right, and a small central casement. A central ledged door provides access.

The north-west elevation showcases a queen strut truss with a high tie exposed in the end gable. This elevation also features three casement windows with keystones and outer stone voussoirs, alongside a central door.
