Description

The Old Vicarage is a house dated 1791, featuring two storeys constructed of brick with greyheaders and red stretchers. It has a grey and red string course at the first-floor level and toothed eaves. The roof is tiled, with flanking chimneys and one chimney located to the right of the centre. The building has three casement windows, each with three lights; the windows have 19th-century lights that were altered in the 20th century. The ground floor windows have segmental heads. There is a six-panelled flush door situated between the first and second bays from the left, framed in an architrave and topped with a moulded cantilever hood. Above the door, there is a stone date panel inscribed with "I.W. 1791." The gable ends are constructed of brick and flint, arranged in bands.
