Description
Stafford House is a 17th-century house that has been altered over time. It has two storeys and an attic, constructed from coursed rubblestone with coped gable ends. The roof is covered with modern interlocking tiles. There are flanking stacks, with the left-hand stack corbelled out at the first floor. The front features four small, two-light swept dormers and three bays of triple casements, along with a doorway and a single-light casement between them on the ground floor, all topped with a timber lintel. At the back, there is a projecting two-bay, two-storey rubblestone wing. Additionally, at the rear of the main block, there is a 17th-century stone stack with two diagonal brick shafts.
