Number 2 and Number 3 Barnwell Buildings, also known as Gryphon Cottage, are a pair of cottages dating from the 18th century. They are constructed from coursed rubblestone and feature a thatched roof. The cottages have modern central porches and barred timber casements, with brick stacks located on the flanking and party walls.
