They are arranged over three storeys and a basement and feature seven windows in total. The outer two bays of each house project forward and are topped with pediments. A raised panel sits above the central window. A cornice runs above the first floor level. The ground floor windows have cornices and brackets, and there are balconettes to the ground floor of the central portion. A simple central doorcase is present, detailed with a cornice and brackets.
