Description

10 Carlton Crescent is a building dating from around 1830. It stands three storeys tall with a basement, featuring a stuccoed exterior and a rusticated ground floor. The roof is concealed by a parapet with an eaves cornice. The building has end pilasters that rise to the full height of the structure. There are three window openings, some of which are blank, and the glazing bars remain intact. The entrance is marked by a simple doorcase.
