Description

Arvon Lodge is a house dating to circa 1830. It is a three-storey building with a stucco exterior. The ground floor is rusticated, and a parapet conceals the roof. Prominent end pilasters rise through all three floors, and there is a frieze, cornice, and blocking course. The house features two windows per floor. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. A cast iron balcony is situated on the first floor. A Doric portico provides access to a panelled door.
