Description

30A Carlton Place is an early to mid-19th century building that stands two storeys high and is finished in stucco. It features a hipped slate roof and two round-headed arches that extend the full height of the building, with one window located on the first floor. The left side has a doorcase adorned with a cornice and pilasters, while there is also a cornice above the ground floor window.
