Description

The Woodlands is a house dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is two storeys tall and has a stuccoed exterior with a hipped slate roof that features wide bracket eaves cornice. The front has five sash windows, all with intact glazing bars, with the central first-floor window being a three-light design. Four rusticated pilasters frame the front elevation. There is a central Doric portico that includes a triglyph frieze and a balustrade above. The rear of the house rises to three storeys and is constructed of red brick with grey headers.
