Description

12 Carlton Crescent is a building dating from around 1830. It is three storeys tall with a basement and is finished in stucco. The roof is hidden behind a parapet and a moulded eaves cornice. Full-height pilasters divide the bays of the facade. The building features three sash windows with intact glazing bars, and there are triple sashes on the ground floor. Notably, there is no doorcase on the Carlton Crescent elevation.
