Description
No 5 Eldon Square, which includes No 15 Eldon Road, is a building dating from around 1840 and is attributed to the Briants. It is 2½ storeys tall and constructed of Bath stone, topped with a slate roof that features a large two-light dormer with marginal glazing. The building has end chimneys and two windows on the first floor, each with stop-beaded surrounds. On the ground floor, there is a large tripartite window with a segmental head, and all windows are sashes with marginal glazing. The ground floor window is adorned with a moulded architrave and panelling in the tympanum. To the right, there is a recessed doorway with an architrave surround. Additionally, there is a Bath stone corner pier to the south-west of the garden, which has chamfered sides.
