Description

Apple Tree Cottage, located at Neath Gardens in Tilehurst, is a building dating from the 16th century or early 17th century. It is two storeys high and features a timber frame with brick infilling. The cottage has a thatched roof, which includes a catslide at the rear. The rear side has been modernized with brick and includes three windows and a porch on the right. The front of the cottage displays irregular modern casements, three eyebrow dormers, two light casements, and three windows on the ground floor, along with two modern doors. There is also a well situated in front of the house.
