No. 76 Bath Road is a building dating from around 1813 to 1828, likely serving as the former entrance lodge to Prospect Park. It is a single-storey structure that has been altered, featuring modern windows and pebbledash rendering. The roof is slate. On the west side, there is an angled bay with pointed windows, and a similar window is found on the south side. The building has a 20th-century trellis porch and an extension to the east.
