Description

No. 3 Bagmore Lane is a building dating from 1821. Originally constructed as a pair of dwellings, it has since been converted into a single residence. The building features a symmetrical facade on the south side, which is one storey high and has five windows. It has a hipped tile roof and is built of red brick in Flemish bond, with blue headers. The southern half of the building is now roughcast. The openings are cambered, and the central opening, which was formerly an open lobby, has been converted into a window and features a stone keystone inscribed with "CPJ 1821." The property also has casement windows and a later side entrance.
