Description

35 Coley Avenue is a building dating from the 1840s, constructed in stucco with a band over the ground floor. It stands three storeys tall and has a slate roof. The buildings numbered 29 to 33 form a bay composition with gabled end breaks, featuring cross glazed sash windows. The first-floor windows are pedimented in the breaks. Number 29 includes a door in a two-storey extension to the left, while number 35 is positioned at an angle facing Coley Avenue, featuring two bays, a cornice, and a parapet.
