Description

The Peela House is a building dating from the late 18th or early 19th century. It is stuccoed with a parapet, and the roof is not visible. The building is three storeys high and originally comprised two window bays, with a space for a third window. Pilasters flank each window bay and create an arcade over the second-floor windows. The windows in No. 30 are sash windows with glazing bars, while those in No. 31 are casements. There is an additional side bay to No. 31. The building has modern shop fronts. Nos. 28 to 37 form a group.
